The Philadelphia Browncoats have shot out of the space-dock this CSTS by holding two events in the first month!
A report on their Dr Horrible screening at Philadelphia Comic Con will be posted shortly but now they’re calling on Browncoats to join them for a screening of the Big Damn Movie on Saturday 24th June between 2 and 6pm.
The event takes place at the Rotunda, 4014 Walnut St, Philadelphia and organiser Tanya says “Before we show the movie, we’ll have fun games, light refreshments, a special guest appearance by musician Sean Faust, and a raffle auction, featuring many wonderful prizes donated by our generous sponsors. (Bring cash if you’d like to participate!). “Verse” inspired garb/costumes are highly encouraged!”
Please note – as with most screenings, Serenity is rated PG-13 so children attending must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Tickets are $10 and are available from their website – cstsphilly.webs.com
Space is limited so any tickets left for sale on the door will be $15.
All proceeds from the screening will go to Equality Now.
